REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to consumer orders delivered within Germany and other European Union countries.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods, without giving any reason.

If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins on the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us before the withdrawal period expires by email at:

Please include your order number and the name used for the order. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not required to do so.

RETURNING GOODS AFTER WITHDRAWAL

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

You may return the goods to the address above. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods when you exercise your right of withdrawal.

This does not apply where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us at nextronixco@gmail.com before returning the item so that we can provide the appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS

You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical shop.

You may be liable for any loss in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

Original packaging is recommended where reasonably possible, but the absence of original packaging does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

REFUNDS

For a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

If you selected a delivery method that costs more than our standard delivery option, the additional cost will not be refunded.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us at nextronixco@gmail.com and include your order number and, where possible, clear photos of the issue.

Your statutory rights relating to defective goods remain unaffected. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception is permitted by applicable law. This may include, for example:

- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
- goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
